Our Story
We’re Christian and Crystal — a mother-and-daughter team, proud to be a Black and women-owned business rooted in service, storytelling, and community. Our work centers on grant writing, fundraising, operational support and coaching, and notary services — all grounded in a commitment to equity and access.

Christian brings over six years of experience as a contracted grant writer and community engagement consultant. Crystal brings over 20 years of experience as an operations manager, with deep expertise in organizational support and grants management.

Services
We offer a range of services to help nonprofits, government agencies, and community leaders build capacity, secure funding, and deepen their impact. Our approach is rooted in equity, storytelling, and relationship-building — because the work you do deserves recognition and care.
Grant Writing & RFP Support
We help you apply for funding that fits — whether it's a grant or a request for proposals (RFP). Our focus is on warm leads and opportunities where there’s already alignment or relationship-building in progress. Were you recommended for an RFP but don’t have time to apply? Have a funder who’s interested but need help getting the proposal in? We’re here to support that process with writing that’s clear, tailored, and persuasive.

We strive to write the strongest applications possible — rooted in your story, your impact, and the needs of your community. While we cannot guarantee funding outcomes, we do promise to bring our expertise, care, and attention to every proposal we create.

We accept cold submission projects on a case-by-case basis, and prioritize opportunities that are a strong match and/or are relationship-informed.

Operational Support & Coaching
The landscape of fundraising and grants has changed — competition is higher, funders are asking more of applicants, and being “grant ready” is no longer optional, it’s essential. We help organizations prepare for this reality by evaluating the gaps that may be holding you back, such as budgeting, program evaluation and impact, or diversifying funding streams.

From there, we provide clear, practical steps you can take to move forward, rooted in nonprofit best practices and tailored to your organization’s growth stage. Our goal is to give you the guidance and tools you need to build stronger systems, increase your readiness for funding, and grow sustainably.

For government agencies and some partners, we also offer grant management services, ensuring compliance, reporting, and effective use of awarded funds.
Fundraising Strategy
Beyond grants, we help you develop fundraising strategies that work for your team and community. This might include donor engagement planning, campaign design, or materials to support your fundraising goals — all aligned with your mission and rooted in authenticity.
