Christian Bell
CEO
Christian Bell is a skilled grant strategist and communications professional with a strong background in storytelling, community engagement, and equity-centered development work. With experience spanning nonprofit consulting, program development, and funder relations, she has successfully secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding to support mission-driven initiatives across education, workforce development, and environmental justice.
Christian’s approach to grant writing is rooted in authenticity and inclusion, ensuring that the voices and needs of diverse communities are reflected in every proposal. She has led community engagement campaigns, developed outreach strategies, and managed high-impact communications that amplified organizational reach and impact to thousands of Washingtonians.
A graduate of the University of Washington Tacoma with a degree in Writing Studies and minors in Nonprofit Management and Global Engagement, Christian brings both technical skill and lived experience to her work. She also contributes her leadership as a board member with several community-focused organizations, championing justice and equity in every space she serves.

Crystal Bell
COO
Crystal Tolbert Bell is a seasoned operations and grants professional with over two decades of experience in nonprofit and public administration. She most recently served as a Senior Business Operations Analyst at AARP, where she spearheaded equity-driven strategies, budgeting, contract management, grant compliance, and culturally responsive senior programs. Her 24 years of expertise spans fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development, including the successful management of $2.4 million in grant funds.
Crystal’s career includes foundational work in educational equity through her earlier role at North Seattle Community College, where she managed federal grants supporting diversity initiatives. She has a proven track record of securing government and foundation funding and building lasting community partnerships.
She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Seattle University. A dedicated community leader, Crystal has raised tens of thousands of dollars for civic and faith-based initiatives and was recently honored with the 2025 Far Western Regional Director’s Leadership and Philanthropy Award by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
